Comments: First time with this distance. Didn't try to race, just go smooth. This was the start of a long day. I wanted to draft as much as possible and navigate well. The drafting was going well, but I couldn't see the buoys. They needed 1 or 2 more. What would you do differently?: Just keep training at this distance Post race
Warm down: 62 mile bike ride, and 40 min run What limited your ability to perform faster: Knowing that I had to ride and run afterwords. Event comments: This race was more for my confidence building than anything else. I got out of the water knowing that I would have gone .4 miles further for an IronMan distance.
