Felt great to swim, much better than the last tri. Found some people my speed and stayed with them. water was warm, no wetsuit.

Terrible Terrible Terrible is all I can say! First time I've ever had to walk during a run. The temp started out over 100 degree's and I just couldn't get going... Ran and walked between every water stand. Thanks to the Army ROTC for the water and the Ice!!! If it wasn't for that, it would have been alot worse.
