My short swims are pretty strong. I could be faster, but based on my ability this was a fairly good swim
What would you do differently?:

I need to build endurance with my good technique, because I am a lot faster when I'm pushing forward with my hips.

My transitions are too slow, especially for not having a wetsuit on and just doing a sprint. next year this should be sub 2 minutes. Need to use fast zipping shoes.

This was a pretty good ride for me. I think the course might have been a little short, but I think i only walked one hill at most, and I rode as fast as I had power to.
What would you do differently?:

more hill training, more weight loss.

I walked almost the whole course. I wasnt running much yet, and I was pretty slow. I should have been able to take almost 20 minutes off this time if i was running just 10 minute miles

run more if I could.

Event comments:

they had problems on the road course because a volunteer was more worried about chatting on her phone than on telling people where to turn.
