very bad time, slow and felt lethargic.
What would you do differently?:

had asthma problems in first couple of miles, had to ride another 2 or 3 to regain breathing and get legs going again.

first 3 to 3.5 miles very humid and hot. storm blew through and got very cold and then rained very hard. gave up on myself and quit running several times.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

heat and humidity was extremelly high. felt nauseous all day, very gassy. unsure if breakfast or race day hydration caused that

Event comments:

finished late so all food and other things were gone. transition area's were extremely crowded and sprint and olympic distances were mixed together which caused a lot of confusion with gear and setup. racks kept falling and storm blew bikes off of rack.
