Comments: Took way too long, have got to cut time off here. What would you do differently?: Not be so frantic, just stay calm and in control and get everything together and move quickly. Bike
Comments: Really pushed it on the bike and had huge improvements in speed from my only other tri on a tougher course. I felt pretty strong on the bike and it was encouraging to pass as many or more people than passed me. What would you do differently?: Probably back off a little on the last few miles, really hurt my run. Transition 2
Comments: Not nearly as bad as T1, but still could have saved a little bit of time. What would you do differently?: Learn to pull shoes out and come in moving. Run
Comments: Didn't have my legs, I don't know what happened, I just couldn't pick up speed at all. Felt slow the whole time and I knew it, but I just wasn't ready to hit it when I got off the bike. What would you do differently?: Probably lay off the bike a little the last few miles to save something for the run. Post race
Warm down: Pizza and gatorade What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough brick work, not being mentally ready to run hard off the bike.
