Swim
Comments: After my open water swim on Thursday I was really worried about this part of the event. Tried to sight using other swimmers instead of buoys--that seemed to work well. Got jostled and bumped a few times but nothing major. My goggles fogged up which was a little problematic. What would you do differently?: Nothing, I felt I did well on the swim Transition 1
Comments: I wasted alot of time in T1, I forgot my race belt and had to rack my bike and run back. Also, I should do my shoes differently. Couldn't figure out lace locks in time. Went old school. What would you do differently?: Get different lacing system. Run faster with bike. Bike
Comments: I biked faster than normal which is still slow comparatively speaking. I need to work on my speed. I also need to take a bike class--because my tires were under inflated and I didn't know that. Good thing my brother was there to help me out. What would you do differently?: Take a class, keep riding. Try longer distances. Transition 2
Comments: Easy transition since I didn't change shoes for the bike. What would you do differently?: I want to get clipless system to improve time on the bike. Run
Comments: Horrible run, I was spent. I need to work more on my runs. Quicker and longer. But I'm happy I didn't walk. What would you do differently?: Practice! Post race

Swam for about 10 min, took a easy 10 min jog.
