Spent way too much time in transition, not sure exactly what took me so long, I think I realized about 10 seconds into the transition that I was going to be leaving my goggles there and not getting them back.
What would you do differently?:

Be a little more prepared, just take less time.

Push a little harder, think I could have given it a little more.

Terrible transition, drop off bag was in a knot and I wasted a good bit of time fooling with the bag prior to just ripping it open. Came out running out of transition and still had a terrible time, losing way too much time in these.
What would you do differently?:

Not tie the bag in a knot for drop off.

A little up and down, started out fast, but got a lot taken out of me in the middle miles from the hills. Had a real good start and a really good last couple of miles. Only 1 person passed me on the run.
What would you do differently?:

Try to run some more hills, its hard to practice on them when you don't have any nearby.

Hung out at the fair, cookies, pizza, and fried foods.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training on hills.

Event comments:

The race is really cool, but coming into town and not having the light patrolled was really dangerous. Traffic is really heavy on the run too. I did place 3rd in my AG with no duplication and the top two receiving top 10 awards, so that was pretty cool (and unexpected).

Course: Very fast course, point to point, mostly downhill and smooth. The only thing that was NOT at all good about the bike was coming in to Philly at the first light there weren't any cops, and the light changed and a car pulled out in front of me. It was really dangerous, plus I ended up coming almost to a complete stop.
