Swim
Comments: swim was last part of event and short. Plan was to have stop at each wall and take a breather, helped keep me from tiring out, plan worked fine. What would you do differently?: ask questions before race about entrance and exit points to keep moving. Transition 1
Comments: t2 was from Bike to swim, went to wrong station and wasted time. Had swim gear under bike shorts and pulled off helmet, shirt, shoes, bike shorts and socks. got goggles and jogged to pool after mistake in good time What would you do differently?: pay more attention to where i had my stuff Bike

Comments: to many people, run felt comfortable this many have been my best performance What would you do differently?: start closer to front Post race
Warm down: walked around and ate fruit and protein What limited your ability to perform faster: being this was my first, I went slower then had to Event comments: will to this again and next time race with a purpose of finishing in good position as opposed to justfinishing. got up early ate 2 bananas and got oatmwel at dennys. got to race site and after check in, found spot, ate half a power bar.
Lots of walking around to keep loose. minor stretchingbut ran 1/4 mile at slow pace
