I did some stretching when I got to the race, but otherwise nothing.

Comments:

Kept cool by pouring water on my head. Didn't over drink or over eat. Stayed low and consistent.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. I'm pretty proud of the fact I was able to do a half with no training. So, i'm pumped!

Warm down:

Stretched a lot. Went on plenty of walks after the race so I wouldn't freeze up.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing, maybe not knowing the course.
