Perhaps the weather. Strange since this race has had perfect weather since it started 4 years ago

Event comments:

This is the best small city race in the northwest. Been to races in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Washington, and Oregon. No one goes to more effort to help the racers succeed and have a good time.
