Got up at 4:00 drank coffee and ate a peanut butter and banana sandwich. arrived at transition at 5:30

Swam 100 meters and ran for a few minutes. Just enough to get the blood going. Drank water throughout.

Kicked butt. Pushed it hard and didn't have a hard time on the run. Got caught behind a couple riders on the turns where I had to slow down, but not too significant.
