easy swim, so short by the time it started it was over, kind of had a hard time at the beginning lots of the newbies just hammer first 100 yrds not knowing better and then die by first bouy....
What would you do differently?:

not much have to work on the kick at the first 100 yrds

need to run more, stuck to another AG and last .5 miles i kicked it up a bit. comfy pace probably could have gone a tad harder and hit 22 min.

ate some pancaces and drank chocolate milk, good stuff.

Event comments:

decent race as you expect from the guys that have been runing the trilogy for 6 years. not much to do afterwards but this was a quick race for me.
