Comments: They did not officially measure transitions so my T1 is included in my bike, but I think it took me 4+ minutes. What would you do differently?: Figure out how to get shirt on. Either get a wet-suit and swim with shirt or get a shirt that is good for swimming in. The shirt was impossible to get on. I think I could have cut of 2+ minutes here. Bike
Comments: I wish they had measured T1 because I think I actually did better than my time shows on the bike. Definitely could have pushed a bit harder. What would you do differently?: Aero bars. I kept passing aero bar guys on hills and then getting passed on flats by the same guy I had just passed. Transition 2
Comments: This transition felt a lot faster than T1. What would you do differently?: Leave my shoes clipped in and run barefoot/socked. Ride without gloves. Run
Comments: I could have pushed harder on the run. Especially on the flat 0.5 mile home stretch. What would you do differently?: Ran faster. Post race
Warm down: Watermelon, water, and stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Stamina on swim. Not pushing harder on bike. Mind on run. Event comments: This was my first tri.
