walked around w/ hands over head. hung out under the fire hose for about 5 minutes

What limited your ability to perform faster:

just overall conditioning. need to put more time training in.

my first race so i have no comparison but it seemed extremely well organized, and the volunteers/police did a great job directing us and traffic
