Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4, left at 4:30 got to race around 5:15. One of the last cars allowed in the parking lot. Ate 1/4 whole grain bagel, and had a G1 pouch 15 minutes prior to start.

Was penalized 2:00 for drafting? Uphill? lol
Need a bike computer to see me pace - I felt I was going faster then I was.
Also my water bottle from Giant was warm and tasted like pool water - had no liquid until 1/2 through bike.
What would you do differently?:

Need to keep training on bike.

Walkked once I rounded the bend. Leg cramps, and sun was HOT. Lost all motivation, and had no clue what my pace was, time spent, or distance. Need to run without music to get used to it, and get a watch to see my times.
