Pre-race routine:

Friday: Spicy Crawfish Ettoufee at Prejean's
Saturday:Red Beans and rice with Boudin and every type of Tabasco sauce
Green olive and pepperoni pizza from Pizza Village

Sunday: horrible night sleep, up at 0510 to shower and shave, 0615 arrival at Transition area to set up, 15 mins prior Gatorade Prime

Really impressed with coordination with local police and volunteers; course easy to follow; very few hard corners; I consumed both bottles on bike- 1 with Cytomax Natural Cool Citrus and the other with water; I consumed 2 GU packs- 1 Jet Blackberry (2X Caff) and 1 Chocolate Outrage (1X Caff)
