Swim
Comments: the swim was good kept it really mellow What would you do differently?: well maybe i wouldnt of past the guy on the last 100m it made my hr go up too high but I just kept slapping his feet so i passed. Transition 1
Comments: it was a little skethcy What would you do differently?: maybe get some tri shoes and learn the hop on the bike with shoes in the cleats thing, and not chat with the other people in the trans area Bike
Comments: the bike was fun and challenging What would you do differently?: Should of tried harder to keep the hr down but its hard with so many hills,I was at like 165 when i think 145 would of been better Transition 2
Comments: little sketchy hopin off the bike Run
Comments: well it was ok except for some stairs and a nice size hill at the start finish area! That hill brought most to a crawl it was a tuff one and at a hard place. What would you do differently?: wow! uhmmmm keep hr down and do more bricks, I wasnt really to bummed out about 8.5 min/miles with that kind of course and the way my foot felt. Post race
Warm down: sit in the grass What limited your ability to perform faster: my injury Event comments: this race had more volunteers than anything ive been too marathon or tri, lots of fans and very well run. This race will always be in my sched. Truely one of the best run races for a really great cause. Last updated: 2006-02-09 12:00 AM
