Comments: The cold water was shocking and made it hard to breathe at first. Had a couple of random panic attacks, but calmed myself. 2nd half was better than first. What would you do differently?: Warm up in the water! Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Took too long. Need to get different clothes if i'm going to change in trans. Bike
Comments: Good ride. Turned speedometer off and just rode by heart rate. Could've pushed a tiny bit harder, but good ride overall. Got a little nauseous at times though. What would you do differently?: Work on nutrition so I don't feel ill. Get in better aero position so my neck doesn't hurt so badly. Transition 2
Comments: Faster transition, not terrible Run
Comments: Ran strong and with a plan. Pretty even through 8 miles at about 8:48 or so. Picked it up from there and pushed each mile faster. Owned the run. Seriously. What would you do differently?: I'd pace the base part of the run a little faster. Post race

Up at 5, but had a ton of time to the 8:30 start so I ate a bagel, powerbar, gel and some Gatorade...more that usual. Got to transition early, set-up and then hung out with friends trying to stay relaxed.
No warm-up.
