Shitty, shit shit. i trained so hard and the whole day felt like one huge letdown. Now I am 2 weeks out and I felt good for a week and now shitty again.

Plus I really tried my ass off on the Brick and my legs are shot for my Fall Marathon. Boo hoo.

Still sore both emotionally and physically. A 56/13.1 all out Brick is no small accomplishment, but it is not a 70.3,
