I thought that by the way the wind was blowing we would have a current pushing us be it seemed everytime I went for air there was a wave in my face. I had to weave my way through and swam over alot of people it seem. tough swim course. i had to stop swimming at one time and tread water to catch my breath after taking on water that was the first time i have had that experience.
What would you do differently?:

Go out faster. Warm up in the water. They announced it was a time trile start when you crossed the Mat but that meant you still had to pass slower swimmers.

Felt good with Transistion I don't sit down any longer just power through it had a hill out for the water to transition. Do not use transistion as a time to rest!!!

I need to learn how to mount shoes on bike next year.
