Pre-race routine:

Wheaties fuel in the morning. Clif Energy bar 2 hrs before the start. Gatorade all morning. Maybe a little too much because I needed to pee right after the bridge.

Spent too much time with the crowd during the first half and was not focused on the run.
What would you do differently?:

Keep better track of pace throughout race. I could have easily beat 4 hours if I can concentrated on pace.

Should have taken more salt tablets throughout. Only took 1 after 2 hours.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramped up on mile 22. Ran through it.

Event comments:

Amazing experience. I would recommend this to anyone, even if you can't run the entire distance.
