Comments: Not as easy as you might think. The course is definitely fast but though as some hills are killers. The first big hill is very difficult if un-prepared and a LOT of people walk for most part of it. The first water stations is just at the top of the hill and is very crowded. Not enough water stations along the course. Felt crampy on the calves at about 14/15k because of de-hydratation. Last piece of run on Avenue is a though one as well as it is uphill slitghly. The arrival is very narrow What would you do differently?: Bring some water with me because there is not enough water stations. It think that would have change a lot for me. Post race
Warm down: Stretched as usual What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of water => Cramps on calves... Event comments: Arrival too narrow, not enough indication of where to go just after the race, not enough refreshments at the end.
