Comments:

Started in the middle of the pack and probably should have started closer to the front. Once I got on the trail, I started dropping people left and right. My pace was great (if anything, I feel like I could've gone a bit faster) and breathing was 3 in/4 out. (The breathing is what leads me to believe I could've pushed it a bit more.)

Humid this morning in Alanta. Gave me a taste of what spring and summer are going to feel like.

What would you do differently?:

Maybe pushed my pace a bit? Then again, I was treating this as a semi-tempo run, with an additional 4.5 miles at the end of it, so I didn't want to burn myself out.
Post race
Warm down:

Warmed down with a 4.5 mile run back to my car at the start of the race.

Event comments:

PR for a 10K! Woo-hoo!

I came into this race only to get a qualifying time for the Peachtree Road Race and I came away with a time good enough to get into Time Group 1B for the PRR. Pretty damn cool if you ask me!
