Pool swim went great. Could not me more pleased with it.
What would you do differently?:

I would not wait around the pool so long before the race. I got warn out just sitting there watching everyone swim for an hour before it was my turn.

Not wear socks. Bring a stool to set in front of my bike.

I did very poorly in this. I did not train much and it showed. The road must have recently been paved so it was a rough ride.

Train on the bike more.

Nothing really, maybe get better at leaving the shoes attached to bike while I get my feet out.

This is a downright embarassing time. I pretty much had nothing left but ran the whole way. Oddly enought I passed a lot of people who were walking.

Train more effectively. Did not have a good plan in training.
