I had a really poor bike ride. I tried to ride with road shoes on and fumbled with them tremendously during the first mile of the ride. I was constantly shifting gears and never got comfortable. Couldn't decide whether to be on aero bars or not. Very poor bike ride.

Get a tri bike & tri shoes

My run was ok, not great. I was a little flustered after getting off the bike. I should have pushed a little harder.

This was an ok race for me, not terrible, not great. The bike was a mess, good swim, decent run.
