I had a little trouble getting up to speed and my legs seemed really tight. Once I got home I realized that my seat post had slipped and my saddle was 3.5 cm low! Ouch! Probably hurt me somewhat, especially on the home stretch with the glorious tailwind. That considered, I'll take it...
What would you do differently?:

Tighten stuff up.

Came off the bike in good shape and cruised. Experimented with lengthening my stride a bit on the downhill sides of the bridge. Didn't push the pace too much-just wanted to not get hurt.

Good race. The nice buoy line was a big improvement over last year. The changes to both the run and bike courses were good too.
