Comments: I had to fight my way through spectators in the transition area to get to my bike. What would you do differently?: I need tri specific shoes, my road shoes burn time putting them on on the bike. Bike
Comments: I need to work on my hill riding and recoving from a hard climb with out sacraficing so much speed. What would you do differently?: I think that I could have hit the bike a little harder. My HR was pretty low, I just felt like my legs were really heavy. Transition 2
