Pre-race routine:

Breakfast of 2 mini bageles with peanut butter and 24oz of lemon lime gatorade.
Event warmup:

20 minute bike with some quick accelerations. 15 minute run with strides. some good stretching.

HR was really high, but effort seemed good. I think I could have gone a little harder on the run.
What would you do differently?:

Go out just a little faster.

I had to fight my way through spectators in the transition area to get to my bike.
What would you do differently?:

I need tri specific shoes, my road shoes burn time putting them on on the bike.

I need to work on my hill riding and recoving from a hard climb with out sacraficing so much speed.
What would you do differently?:

I think that I could have hit the bike a little harder. My HR was pretty low, I just felt like my legs were really heavy.
