Comments: I think I pushed too hard, felt like I was out of breath for most of swim, had to breast stroke multiple times, rounded bouy with breast stroke, didn't feel very good What would you do differently?: better fitness, take it easier in beginning Transition 1
Comments: Arms stuck in wetsuit, was very fatigued, probably dried off too much, somewhat cold. What would you do differently?: practice, maybe get suit glide spray to make easier. Bike
Comments: could have maybe pushed harder, very slow in the beginning, picked up speed later, spent some time in aero. Fell off right after mount line when I had to stop to adjust brakes. What would you do differently?: practice more on the bike. NEED to adjust brakes to not scrape on wheels. Transition 2
Comments: Fumbled with racking bike, was tired, someone put their bike on top of my transition area. What would you do differently?: not much, practice if anything Run
Comments: run went well, not used to shoes since I haven't run in them much. Set PR in 5k distance What would you do differently?: not much, speed work if I want to. Post race
