Pre-race routine:

Ate a sour dough english muffin with peanut butter and had a cup of coffee. Drove with Rick and had another coffee. Didn't have time for anything else.

Did a fair amount of swimming.

Got swam over and elbowed in the nose even after waiting for most everybody to start. Drifted out from the course a fair amount.
What would you do differently?:

Start on the outside. Make sure I am sighting on the bouy not a person. Swim faster, work more on bilateral breathing.

Took top of wetsuit off in water and scooped water in to help with removal. Ran to transition with bottom of wetsuit on.
