  • Comments: I like this race. The park and lake are nice and the courses are all nice. I would prefer something different for the post-race meal as a turkey/ham sandwich isn't that appealing at 9 in the morning. Especially after working really hard.

  • Comments: They messed up my wave number during registration. Many others had this problem. Everything else was fine.

  • Comments: The race is so very basic but very well organized. Was mildly disappointed in the lack of vendors or goodies but the cost was low for the event so it was a trade off. I will do this event again next year if all my ducks are in a row!!

  • Comments: Ended up with 2nd place plaque in my age group- the first place girl won women's overall so it bumped me up to 2nd!! This was my first age group award!

  • Comments: Volunteers were aweseome. Very nice area. Excellent organization. Pardeeville Lions Club provided sandwiches. Only one question - no beer at the end of the event? This is Wisconsin, I expect it. Good thing we brought some Guinness.

  • Comments: For me, this was a breakthrough race and one to build on. I really need to improve my transition times, as I could have easily finished 20 spots higher by shaving a minute off my transition times. Also, I need to jump out faster on the swim as I was bottled up at the turn and could have had a faster swim split.
