felt like stopping at first orange buoy. swam on back-out of breath - took until second yellow- ok swim in from there. stroke and breathing ok from final buoy in. but cannot get to first buoy......

use the bungee ties - forgot - also forgot the number belt.....tore a small hole in jersey with safety pin.

lack of good training - the swim is a challenge. cannot seem to translate good pool swims to the open water swims.

Event comments:

I like the venue - good course. run is not the best - an out and back - but all in all good.
