Comments: Started out way too fast..elvated heart rate and blew -up in swim..cold water was a factor but just worked way too hard..bad error...destroyed rest of the race for me...felt sluggish all day..don't know if its over training (end of huge Peak training block) or what but just didn't have it. What would you do differently?: Start slower even pace through out...do not allow myself to lose the race in the swim. Transition 1
Comments: Aweful...worst ever transition in T2...could not get wet suit off ankles for the life of me...flat out tired after swim...hands were cold could not get grip of suit. What would you do differently?: Practice...practice...practice...easy on swim Bike

Warm down: Recovery drink and no stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: Poor swim and just felt tited with no energy...feels like over training...no energy and lack of motivation. Woke -up...Sports Drink and Bagel and Peanut Butter and Banana. Not normal food protocol due to being away. Stayed the night at friend's condo.
Warmed up on Bike...drove 1 mile of the run course. And did about 100 yd warm- up swim.
