Walked up and down the big hill from car to porta-potties -- does that count as a warmup?
Event warmup:

Skipped the warmup. It was a pacing exercise rather than a race for me.

Comments:

Probably should have taken in more fluids. I had cramping at the last mile or so in calves and quads. It might just have been residual, though, from last week's cramp-fest at the Ridge Run.
What would you do differently?:

Not let my concentration slip at miles 6 and 12!!! Damn! That was mostly a mental problem.

Warm down:

It would better be called a "cold down." Stood around in the freezing cold for over an hour waiting for results and cramping up. Serious cramps in bottom of foot again.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not really trying for faster, but legs were still pretty thrashed from the hilly 15k last weekend.

Event comments:

I only had two complaints about the race: that it was long and that it took so long to get the results out. I heard they ran out of printer ink.

Loved the awards.
