  • Comments: I love racing here because it's an annual race for seeing lots of friends! This year we had spectacular weather to boot. The big issue was timing. For about a 30' period the marathon and half marathon times got lost. I MAY have place in my AG, but won't know till at least 24 hours later. Running Fit will get it right though, as they have had issues with course length here and corrected times for it. Some race companies don't fix stuff like that *cough 3 Disciplines cough* but Running Fit will. *update...got 3rd AG. At least the really fast chicks took the day off lol*

  • Comments: love the race because so many friends always race it, and its a good test of fitness after OS work. Post race chow was lame this year since the company was bought out. I think they need more water stations, but I guess I could run with a baby bottle like Cath or wear a fuel belt.

  • Comments: It's great fun to race Martian as so many folks come out to race it. And the course changes made it so you could see folks multipule times. It was awesome to know my cavesister was at the last aide station and would cheer me (and accept my blown kiss! no air for words at that point lol!) Really happy with my first "race" of the half here. Now I just gotta break 1:51:00!

  • Comments: I only had two complaints about the race: that it was long and that it took so long to get the results out. I heard they ran out of printer ink. Loved the awards.

  • Comments: Running fit puts on a good race, nice day and turnout. Kids race got in the way of marathon finish. I had a great time.

  • Comments: It's a nicely priced race and they close a long stretch of Hines Drive just for the runners, so that's pretty cool. At the start there are no announcements, no countdown, just a reminder that the race will start in 5 minutes. Then someone yells, "Go!" and everyone starts. It's a local race, what did you expect? I had a blast.

  • Comments: Am so happy to have placed 36 out of 949 females :-) Makes me feel like an actual "runner". Great race, lots of fun, all diffrent levels of athletes. Will do it again next year for sure!

  • Comments: Since this was my first ever race I don't have anything to compare to, but I have to say that I really enjoyed it. I thought it was extremely well organized and I had a great time.

  • Comments: My first Martian! Pretty good overall...they could've used more aid station volunteers. A couple times we had to come to a complete stop and get the drinks off the table ourselves. Glad the weather held out for us!

  • Comments: Race was very well put together with the exception of the porta pot situation. The race would have gone much smoother for me had they opened up the bathrooms in the park or placed porta johns at each aid station. There are just some things that the Disney Races do right.

  • Comments: Nice race overall on a great course. I thought the shirts were a little goofy, not sure where the hell I'd wear it, not much in the race bag. Kinda surprised I spent $39 for a stand alone running race and spent $45 on two of my Oly Tris for the coming summer. Seemed overpriced. I'd rather have the option of opting out of a T shirt. Volunteers were all great. Aid stations were plentiful and stocked well.
