Warm down:

Saw Pam in finish chute and did a high five. Walked around with Joan and Pam and watched other finishers. Great fruit, yogurt and bagel snacks after race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Speed trainig.

Event comments:

Was great to be part of a team in my first Trithlon with Pam. Was very happy not to let the team down with a sub-30 minute 5k. See report from Pam at crea0029.
