½ mile swim, 20 mile bike, 3.1 mile run

Fees: Individuals - $45, after July 31 price increase to $60

Family rate-2 for $80, 3 for $105, after July 31, NO discount

Corporate rate-$40 for each individual, must have a minimum of 3 entries. All must be sent together and have company name on them. Each person must fill out an entry form.

Relays - $80, after July 31 price increases to $95

Register: Entry form from brochure or printed from website or online with Active.com. No on day registration
Packet
Pick Up: From 11 am to 8 pm on August 18 at South Park. This is a great time to ask questions and see the layout of the park. Course maps are available. We encourage everyone to pick up your packet Friday to avoid race delays on Saturday. Packet pick up will be available race morning.
Potato Bake: Come join us Friday night, August 18 from 5-8 pm for a great pre-race supper. We like to do things a little different from your traditional pasta dinner. We serve bake potatoes with all the fixing. Pile your potatoes high and enjoy a salad and drink also. All included in your registration fee. Bring friends or family with and they eat for only $5. Relax after dinner and walk down to see the sun set over beautiful Shadow Lake.
Course Talks: Held at 3, 5 and 7 pm at South Park.
Safety Check: These are mandatory. Gear N Up will be providing Safety Checks all week at their store in Neenah and Friday at packet pick up as well as race morning.

What would you do differently?:

Speed training-- no reason to not improve time based on conditions.
Post race
Warm down:

Saw Pam in finish chute and did a high five. Walked around with Joan and Pam and watched other finishers. Great fruit, yogurt and bagel snacks after race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Speed trainig.

Event comments:

Was great to be part of a team in my first Trithlon with Pam. Was very happy not to let the team down with a sub-30 minute 5k. See report from Pam at crea0029.
