Need to slow down more and really use TI. I still went out faster than I needed to with the wave start.

Slow down my stroke more and not have my wedding ring on.

keep doing tabata and hills to get in better shape for the run. Also work on shoes ended up with some nasty blisters that caused me to be slower than I wanted to be.

Wear socks and get a flat run course
