I did the same race in October, the swimming seemed much longer this time. Swim was 8 minutes longer after much more training.
What would you do differently?:

More time swimming in wet suit. More warmup too.

Improved my transition time by about 1:30. Ran the whole way up the beach, last time only ran once I got to the grass.

Push a little harder up the hill.

Good run for me. Still too fast off the bike. Pace was consistent after the first half mile.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was discouraged after the swim. I felt good going into it, spent many hours in the pool trying to help with confidence. Flat on the bike.

Event comments:

I like this race, it's close to home. My wife did the sprint, so it was fun do the race together. Didn't meet my goal of 3 hrs. Only met my goal on the run and transitions.
