Comments: Took this section real easy. Maintained three stroke breathing the whole time. Lots of folks out there since the waves were compressed. Sighting was a little off. Not many buoys to sight off of... What would you do differently?: Stay closer the buoys Transition 1

Comments: Felt pretty good on the first part, but the headwind on the last part took it out of me. Probably kept HR in too high of zone. What would you do differently?: Be faster with a lower heart rate Transition 2

Comments: First three miles felt good, but lost it after that. Went too hard on the bike. Felt dizzy and tingly by the mile 12, so I had to take it easy at the end. What would you do differently?: Save some energy for the run Post race
