Woke up at 3:45 to eat and get everything together. Had bagel and OJ. Left hotel right at 5:00am.

Took this section real easy. Maintained three stroke breathing the whole time. Lots of folks out there since the waves were compressed. Sighting was a little off. Not many buoys to sight off of...

First three miles felt good, but lost it after that. Went too hard on the bike. Felt dizzy and tingly by the mile 12, so I had to take it easy at the end.
