woke up, drank water, went to race site, ate pancakes, bagle w/ pb and hash brown, investigated swim-start, ate gu before race

had trouble breathing in first leg, almost threw up, settled into routine, found myself about 10 feet outside of main group many times, sighting was average

not much, maybe try to say with the main group more

transition went well, no wetsuit so that sped up my time, not problems finding rack, too a little too much time putting shot-blocks into my back pocket

Event comments:

many course changes event staff had to inform of, apparently not enough direction on bike course (some people got lost), was a good race.
