Warm down: walk to car to dump bike and then sat and ate and drank with friends Took a nap at home. Wish I would have gone to the massage tent for my shoulder. What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing Event comments: This was really fun. I was able to ride up all of the hills. I didn't fall down. It was nice to stop at the top of the hills and wait for my friends. It was nice to chat. I feel great today. Had some cramping in the evening - needed hydration.
