As usual the run let me down.. cramped badly between 3 and 4, thank you to the kind competitor who stopped to give me a salt tab.

Good race, the Lake is the best part of it. The bike is not pleasant due to all the road seams every 10yds!.. and the run is rather plain and nowhere to hide from the sun.
