Comments:

Had a great run. My first mile was way too fast...6:21...but my second was 6:52...that was more like it. Last mile was about the same. I haven't had a 6:xx split in over 14 years. It was really nice seeing "21:14" as I came into the stadium. Sprinted as hard as I could, passed three guys, and finished in 21:22.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing at all.
Post race
Warm down:

Water. Waited for Betsy and Adam to come in. Walked around a little and then headed out.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing. This is the fastest I've ever raced.

Event comments:

I'll definitely do this one again next year. What a great fun time! It's pretty cool seeing yourself on that jumbotron. I did the stupid fingers thing again! LOL Woohoo for PR's!!

Top 100 guys and top 100 girls got hardware. I was 89th. Betsy got some too!! Adam beat his previous time by about 45 seconds...maybe more. A good day for BT!!
