Comments: I went out way to fast, because I was nervous. At the first turn I got nervious and had to breast stroke alittle to catch my breath. After the second turn I settled in and finished strong. What would you do differently?: Go out slower and pace myself better. Transition 1

Comments: This was my first tri, so I felt this transition went better that the swim transition. What would you do differently?: Try to get out of my shoes faster. Run
Comments: I was hoping to do better on the run, but I did not drink enough on the bike so after the 1st mile I was starting to cramp really bad in my hamstrings. I fought threw it and finished strong. What would you do differently?: Hydrate much better and stretch more. Post race

Swam in the lake for about 10 min. and did some light stretching.
