Great race fantastic local support. Hip and knees started aching at 10 mile mark so i knew the second half would be tough.
What would you do differently?:

Training was sub standard for this distance. Physically and mentally I was spent from earlier races. Less races and quality training next year

Fantastic race and I would recommend this to anyone at any level. I don't think marathons are for me but I would do this one again if pushed. I live locally, which has a lot to do with decision to do another.
