Swim
Comments: Felt very hard. Could not wait to get over with. Finally settled into some kind of rhythm around 125 meters in. What would you do differently?: Swim more. Find a coach. Transition 1
Comments: Was tired coming out of the water, and could have run faster to transistion. Did a good job of getting helmet and shades on. Ran with bike and mounted then put on shoes. Had practiced a little a few days before, and thought I did a reasonable job. What would you do differently?: Practice more. Bike
Comments: As good as I could have done, with the condition I was in. What would you do differently?: Ride more Transition 2
Comments: Was held up by an older gentleman who passed me on the last 1/2 mile of the bike. I did not go around him on the final down hill, but caught him at the dismount area, and he was SLOW going into T2. Run
Comments: Was really tired. Not many brick's before hand. Probably had a slight negative split. What would you do differently?: Run more. My running is my forte, I am going to run more this next year. Post race
Warm down: Kim thought I was having a heart attack. LOL. What limited your ability to perform faster: SMOKING. Not enough training because of baseball and life . Event comments: Kim wanted to do this next year, I will probably pace her. I would love to do it fast on a TRI bike. Last updated: 2011-05-26 12:00 AM

My first Triathlon. Not in any kind of shape (hindsight, was in ok shape). Have been smoking 1 pack a day, so it is what it is. I know, not good, but I've quit now and am getting in better shape.
Got there in plenty of time with Kim and setup in transition.
Ran 1/4 mile.
