Way better swim than last time. Water was warmer, I was right on the cusp of leaving the suit off, but decided to use it. Swim times in races are a lot better for me than in the pool. I still ran out of gas a little bit on the last leg, but still 10x better than my first one.
What would you do differently?:

I need more OWS practice.

I have a couple of free minutes I need to pick up here. No wetsuit will help, just need to practice it.
What would you do differently?:

Lay my stuff out at the front of the bike. I also had my chain off the bike when I tried to mount, not sure what happened there, but it wasn't a big deal really.

I have got to find some speed here. I think I just need more seat time on the bike. I wasn't really wore out, and I was pushing, I'm just not very fast. Average HR was in th 170's I think, my conditioning just isn't there on the bike.

Same deal, I probably gave away a minute here just messing around trying to get my Garmin on. Next time, I'm just putting it on in T1 and leaving it. Plus I need to figure out the Multisport Mode.
