Decided at the last minute to ride my road bike (Scott CR1) which is much lighter than my TT bike. Amazingly, my time was exactly the same as last year on my TT bike.

No speed on the run. Did this same run last year almost 2 minutes quicker. Still have some nagging pain in my hip and really havent been able to shift into high gear when I want to. Splits were consistent, but slow.
