Comments: 2 drink stations set up at seemingly random distances, threw me off a bit as far as how much of the run was left. What would you do differently?: I gassed out about 1/4 mile left, and had to slow down for about 1 min. If I were more aware of the course I could have pushed myself through that last bit. Post race
Event comments: Course map wasn't finalized until the day before the race. Course was not well marked. Lots of drink stations seemed to be set up at random distances on the course. I think my biggest issue was not studying the course map more. Next time it will definitely be a bigger priority for me. Last updated: 2011-06-29 12:00 AM

Up at 3 AM. Had my coffee and toast with PB & J. Got to the event early to pick up my packet, well organized pick up but didn't get a good spot on the racks.
1/2 hour before start I did a 15-20 minute jog and 10 minute stretch.
