Comments: Been swim training more but my pace was slower than last season. Disappointing! Kept straight and swam freestyle most of the way. Transition 1

Comments: Pushed the bike well. Some tri bikes passed me on the flats but i passed a few on the hills. What would you do differently?: Consider Aerobars. Transition 2
Comments: Went out the next day and bought quick tie laces for running shoes. What would you do differently?: Quick tie laces. Run
Comments: It was getting warm and muggy by the time I got to the run. Felt like I was carrying a fifty pound backpack at the start. There was a water stop 50 yards into the run. I rarely take water on the run course but this time I did. Seeing my run time when I finished I felt like it wasn't too bad considering how I felt at the beginning. Then I remembered that it was 3 miles not 5K. Too slow! What would you do differently?: Need a couple of brick workouts for this season. Post race
Warm down: Not much. Someone had a bike stolen out of transition. Not happy to hear that since I just retired my $300 25 year old Schwinn and bought a new Trek Madone.
