Comments: Ran at a solid pace for the first 10 miles then calf started hurting and had to push thru at the end. I'm happy with the result. I was ahead of the 1:30 pacer and since my watch stopped working I didn't know how close I was to breaking 1:30. Had I known maybe I could have pushed harder earlier but who knows... Warm down: Iced calf and walked What limited your ability to perform faster: My right calf Event comments: It was a nice day but the course was kinda crappy. You go uphill for 7 miles and then you go downhill for a long time. Very few sections that are flat. It really messed up my rhythm and my legs.
